This Castelli Difesa Shoecover will keep your toes warm and dry. Made from Windstopper X-Lite fabric with a water-repellant finish, these shoe covers fend off chilly wind and water to protect your feet during inclement training rides and races. The fabric is also breathable and quick-drying for excellent moisture management in both dry and wet conditions. The Difesas feature a wrap fit for easy removal and extra element-blocking power at the seams, as well as a handy pull-tab at the heel to facilitate the layering process.

Castelli recommends the Difesa Shoe Covers for temperatures between 36 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit.Just like the other foul weather race equipment pieces, this shoecover will be ideal in dry conditions but really shines in racing in bad weather. It's highly water resistant, but also highly breathable so will be the first to dry when rains lets up. The wrap construction makes it easy to get on and off, and helps to reduce rain coming through seams.
