The Reciclo short's six panels are cut almost halfway between Capo's upside-down T, used on last year's Verde bibs, and a more traditional "straight" panel design. The reason for the change is simple. Better muscle compression when paired with Power Lycra. Capo found that super-fit riders weren't getting the muscle compression with the shorts that Capo believed was appropriate for their clothing. So they modified the panel design and came up with a short that compresses they way Capo thinks shorts should compress for the super-fit. And a more compressive fit for the rest of us as well.

The chamois is the Capo Anatomic-L EIT insert, a two-panel, multi-density (11mm, 8mm, and 4mm thick sections), stretch (the acronym is for Elastic Interface Technology) pad that has perforated open cells which allow max air flow. There is also an anti-microbial treatment composed of silver ion threads embedded in the stitching. The thicker sections help create a perineal channel to aid in keeping this sometimes-tender area of your body ever-so-slightly off the saddle.

The upper is Capo's V-Mesh upper; a finely-woven spandex mesh that keeps shorts up and breathes well. The short has the standard Capo silicone gel leg gripper. The main short color is Black, with White side panels.
