The material is soft and allows for good stretch.  When you combine the material with the more generous cut of this jersey you get a great feeling comfortable jersey.  Some of the features include a full length cam lock zipper, 3 rear pockets, a lightweight spnadex sleeve for a comfortable close fit and reflective accents.
